"SPIKE" is an abbreviation for "SKALI Pioneers and Innovators in the Knowledge Economy.” This is a program to train and develop specialized ICT Entrepreneurs by enhancing the skills of graduates, unemployed graduates, working professionals and individuals who are interested to become entrepreneurs with technical and soft skills training to fulfill both the current and future industry demand.
SPIKE’s OBJECTIVE
The principal objective of the SPIKE program is to train graduates from the faculties of Information Technology(IT), Computer Science, Multimedia, Business & Finance and Mass Communication with the relevant and proper skill-sets -- both in theory and practice.
This will prepare them to take up tangible jobs and/or option to become entrepreneurs. The training program will provide Malaysian youth with technical training needed by the public and private sector as well as presenting opportunities for these graduates to become entrepreneurs.
